We have recently become aware of a potential adverse reaction regarding a short term skin irritation associated with the use of two batches of Curash Nappy Rash Cream (Batch #1116727 and Batch #1118263). In some individuals increased skin sensitivity, redness or a rash has been reported, following the application of product from these two batches. Symptoms subsided after the affected skin was washed with water.
We can confirm, compared to the number of units sold, instances of this reaction are very low. However, we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously and as a precaution, we are conducting a recall of two batches of the product.
We can confirm that this issue is limited to these batch codes and no other Curash Nappy Rash Cream batches, or any other Curash products have been impacted.
All our products, including Curash Nappy Rash Cream, undergo rigorous safety assessment procedures before release to the market including clinical safety and sensitivity studies. All Curash products are manufactured in strict compliance with good manufacturing practices.

What symptoms might my child have experienced from using this product?

How will I know if my child has been affected by this product?
If an individual had an adverse reaction you would notice increased skin irritation and sensitivity, redness and/or a rash soon after the application of the product.
Does this impact any other products in the Curash range?
No other Curash products are affected.
Is Curash safe to use?

If I have this product and I am currently using it, what should I do?
If you have product from the 2 affected batches (Batch #1116727 and Batch #1118263) you should immediately stop using the product. We request that you return your products to either:
(a) The store where the product was purchased to receive a cash refund; or
(b) Our address (below) by sending the product, name and contact details in an envelope without stamps, addressed to:
